Our client is very active in the IT sector, and they are seeking an experienced Support Technician who has IT hardware experience and an understanding across all computer hardware and software at a desktop level.
You will have previous experience of repairing Laptops, Notebooks, PC's and Apple Macs in a customer focussed environment.
This is very much a customer focused role, and client facing skills and excellent communication skills are essential. You will be a good team player, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
Applicants must be capable of working independently, and have excellent troubleshooting abilities solving all sorts of general PC problems, including;
•Virus &Spyware removal
•System clean-ups
•System reinstalls
•Internet / email configuration
•Network Setups
•Wireless router configuration
•Fitting memory, HDD, laptop LCD and other components
•Customer guidance and advice
Our friendly technicians have outstanding communication skills and enjoy building a rapport with customers. A fluent command of the English language is mandatory.
Working hours are based on a flexible 40 hour week attending appointments between Monday to Saturday inclusive. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, from $28k upwards per annum.

Skills to manage our online orders and managing all parcels. some knowledge about MYOB and other IT related required. ability to provide administration support to the Director and management team.
Must be proficient in Office, MYOB have superb telephone skills and initiative. also required some knowledge about computer parts (not essential).
